In 1983, Ernst Hofmann, a young carpenter with an entrepreneurial spirit decided to strike out on his own and build a company that provides design and construction to homeowners in his community. His focus on creativity, quality and value struck a chord with his clients and the company grew steadily over the years. The firm, Hofmann Design Build, soon realized that designing and building kitchens is a specialty that warrants its own division; with the talent to create the perfect kitchen.
